Hello, and welcome to my page! A question that I have been asked is "why do you have your own domain name (tonyieradi.com) and webpage?" Well, it's simple, because I can. Actually, that is not the reason. The reason is two-fold. You see, I have been in the Information Technology field since before the internet was the "internet". The internet exploded with the introduction of HTML which allowed graphics, fancy text, and hyperlinks to create a web page. It became so popular that people were grabbing up domain names that would have otherwise been associated with a company or famous person’s name. They figured they would grab the domain name, and then sell it back to companies and people when they wanted to have it for themselves. Ok. I’m not saying I’m famous, but I was savvy enough to grab my name for a website while the chance existed. And that chance paid off years later when​ www.tonyieradi.com became the homepage for my campaign to run for Middletown Township Council. There’s a long story behind that story, and one I’ll detail later. And since I lost my election bid in 2011, the webpage has been shut down since now. But here we are. And more to come on that subject.
